We at BankKeeping guarantee your satisfaction with the services and support facilitated through this platform. Still, if you are not satisfied with any of the services, please send an email to support@bankkeeping.com immediately and we will correct the situation.

Our Guarantee covers the following:

1. If you're not satisfied with the service provided, simply send an email to support@bankkeeping.com and we will reach out to you at the earliest. BankKeeping’s Service Team, shall effectively address your issues. If you are still not satisfied, please write to lalit@bankkeeping.com / shekhar@bankkeeping.com.
2. BankKeeping shall not be liable for the customer’s change of mind.
3. BankKeeping shall not be liable for any trouble caused due to delay in submission of documents to the financial institutions/bank because of the customer.
4. BankKeeping is not responsible for the delays on the end of financial institutions or banks.

Force Majeure
BankKeeping shall not be considered in breach of its Guarantee or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
